May I ask why the rear numberplate is upside down? Looks like a lovely car! ;Dthat came from me and his son sitting behind the car having a cuppa and noticeing the number plate just pushes into the surround so we flipped it upside down to see how long it would take for him to notice ;D ;D |

cor blimey, better do it proper now hadn't i. one of my lovely nieghbours munted my n/s/r door by constantly opening his company van onto her while she was laid up at home. revenge is a dish best served cold! because of this she is going to become an american style woody and possible a griswold copy in green, not too sure about the last bit though i like the colours she is.

still wanna woody it but griswold car is just toooooo damn fugly. we'll stick with the 2.8 V6 and auto for cumfy cruising and caravan pulling. as said the woody part is nessesary as my w*nker nieghbour stuffed my door in, but i think it can be carried off tastefully. bit of pinstriping, some nice wheels, jobs a good'n

now she's back on the road and in daily use i want to go back to the woody idea. any body got any good examples of yank woodies?
any suggestions for what the hell to use, wood or fablon?
if wood, what glue to use?
any ideas about wood edging or chrome strip surround.
want to do it for retro-rides show, make her look a bit more finished
