good bits on the car its rwd, its a 2.2 bombproof lump, leather seats and electric everything. pop up lights. I'm coming round to the idea of brown still think yellow as i have the ability to respray plate says FAB. bad points my dads is a tight ar2e

Thats ace. I say DO IT. Get it done, only if you are not buying into nag-baggage though.  Brown is retro chic but you can spray nice so the worlds your oyster. If your owt like me you might eventually come around to the original, just like i have with 'china blue'.  |

i might come round to the brown but, its not that pleasing to the eye (no offence to any brown car owners its just not my cuppa tea) I'm thinking gulf racing colours any one got photoshop ;D

If the paint is good keep it as is...for now, not mad on stripe idea, unless another brown personally, rims look wonderful on it BTW, whatsthe pcd? Are ya gonna purchase it offically then? say yes!

The PCD is 114.3mm, the same as most Datsuns, Toyotas, Mitsis, some Triumphs, etc
Anyone want one of these cars? I have several, you know how it is. If you've got the space, you fill it!
When I look at an Elite, I'm always reminded me of Ed Straker's car in UFO. Not sure if its an accurate memory. Has anyone got a piccie of said car?
I first bought a blue car with original engine/box but tired interior. So I then bought a black car with Rover V8 and Jag box, nice brown leather interior but tired paint. Then I bought a crashed car with recon brakes and good interior but no engine/box. Then there's the stripped shell in primer but with no docs.
Available:-
Black car with V8. Requires the interior fitting. Engine was disconnected ready for removal and some pipes were cut. Easy fix given 3 minutes. Delivery entirely possible.
Offers around £500
Rolling shell with front, left crash damage.

its a 2.2 engine the engines are sort after by historic rally nuts. like i said earlyer one of our customers wanted us to put the engine in a new shape micra. as for it being rapid depends who is driving if my dads behind the wheel he doesnt know the meaning of the word. i drove once all be it up the road i pinned me in the seat. yeah my dad said he wants 3 grand but wont sell it to me as i will "destroy it" but hopefully he will forget about it again and then i will professional swipe it get the log book changed then wave two fingers as i blow past him at the lights
