hi all, i thought id post up some updated pics of my latest project, its come on really well recently with a 80mm drop, polybushed suspension and 15" mondeo steels, inside ive gone for a pod mounted tacho and a 13" mountey wheel, had quite a bit of other work too mainly siezed front brakes (collapsed hoses) and smoky engine (oil seals), it still needs some work tho but I'm loving every minute of it ;D before, now,

I think it works, it needed the toughness of those black steels to carry it off.

Smart looking car, love the colour with the vinyl roof.
I'm not so sure about those wheels myself to be honest, I think the originals may have looked better. Do you have a side on shot of the car with the originals on to compare?

I WANT YOUR CAR I WANT YOU CAR I WANT YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that look is perfect! The black steels, no poncy alloys, the particularly mint looking dark red paint, dropped but not slammed, the spoiler wouldnt have been my choice but it still looks spot on! It needs nothing else!

That car looks great in both the before and after shots...There are nowhere near enough of these left especially in lovely colours like that, guard it with your life and if you ever sell it don't sell it cheap unless its to me!

Very nice.
I`m surprised the mondeo wheels fill the arches so well I thought they wouldny have enough offset.
Whats the spec of the granada sat next to it.

Whats the spec of the granada sat next to it. got to be honest the mondeo wheels looked a bit odd till i lowered it, i might use some decent quality spacers on the rear to bring them out a little, the granny is my daily hack, its a 2.0dohc with mt75 box, lowered 1" with polybushes etc, i really like all granadas upto about k reg, and ive owned one on and off for about the last 12 years, getting harder to find now tho(decent ones)

If I came out of a club at 1am and saw that staring at me I would fear for my life! And what would you be doing in a club at 1am? Unless you're studying GCSE staying out late and being naughty. ;D Anyway.... back to the car... That looks mind-blowingly cool, and not dis-similar to my fave evar Matchbox Superfast toy 8,186 out of 10 for style!
