was built by me and my buddy MK1Rich. its HTT's Debut project!  its a 1.0 Supercharged, Eaton charger, and R5 GTT Carb. and all the toys too!  |

Looking good mate  ...See ya at the next meet. Robin480,the wheels were on an untaxed caddy project that the local fire brigade training facility were gonna cut to pieces  but they were in a bad way and required some serious work to get em to fit in them bloody stoopid rear arches ;D |

thats a very interesting engine mate !! Been wanting to do a turbo 1300 for years... Where did you get the blower from !? hate to burst ur bubble son.... but its not turbo, tis supercharged... and its a 1.0.... not a 1300!!! hehehe!!  i wasnt at that so either trg1984..... cant be one like mine surely?? haha! |

not alot of ooomph!! lol... it starvs its self at 4500rpm... needs more petrol... lol... as the carb fills, it drinks, and the pump cant keep up!! faset red top on the way! we have got build up pics... have to sort throught them! ;D |

Is the supercharger actually connected?  it doesnt look like it. If not, i would recommend connecting it as a low-cost mod which should increase engine performance. |

Hi there
I'm loving the blown polo, good setup and use of different parts. One thing, don't get a facet red top, it still wont work properly.
What happening is the fuel is being pushed back to the tank as the boost rises past the fuel pressure. What you need is an injection pump and possibly a rising rate regulator, what this will do is provide the carb with the required 3-4psi at idle, then when the blower comes on boost it will add the blower pressure to the fuel pressure, so the fuel pressure is always 3-4psi over boost.
Be very careful with the current setup as when it feels like it has no more, its running lean, and this means things like melted pistons and broken rings!

Oh and I'm running 10.5:1 and 9psi of boost, it can be done! Once set up I'm going to go up to a 15psi pulley J |
