OK I know you have all been waiting with baited breath for some pics of this thing, well here are some. I've had it for some weeks now and have not even managed to fully T-cut it due mainly to laziness and sh@t weather, but i'm getting there now. CHECK IT:  OK i've T-cut 85% of what you can see here.  Work in progress...   Both the bumpers have suffered minor OAP damage.  Theres some wear on the drivers seat back and the parcel shelf appears to have taken a kicking but otherwise the interior is minty, if somewhat basic.   Check those sills and arches!!! Lovely.  THE POWER   NO ROT!!!! In fact there are a couple of blebs, one on the tailgate and one behind one rear wheelarch, and it has had an original-colour respray at some point in the past so it is not quite the museum-piece I had hoped for. However, for what it cost I can hardly grumble - so I won't. |

Plans are simply to bring it to UK and try to sell it!
As for the rest of the fleet, they're all in here somewhere already!!
When i get everything installed at the farm i'll try to get a 'group test' type photo going but that will be a little while yet.

Looking great...
Not slightly tempted to keep it? Would be a shame for it to go to oval/drift/rally boys. I suppose it is the most normal/non obscure motor in your fleet though!

I know what you mean, I am the first to whinge about banger racers/tarmac rallyists trashing nice stuff, and this one certainly is nice.
But equally, i have got to get paid as you say cos I need to buy floorboards for my barn to get the rest of the fleet indoors! also I need to make space for a manky yellow mid-70's Carina which is coming my way in a fortnight, so its got to go really. If I only get a derisory offer on the bay due to it being LHD i'll hang onto it i suppose cos it is great fun to punt around.

Hmm, could be that i have been damaged by the local society, but i don't much fancy ford engines in anything other than fords.. And not at all in a Starlet, who in my eyes deserve something more spiffy, to say it like that. Like a 4age with 200 n\a ponies ;D Not meaning to offend anyone, its just that the only pinto driven cars around here are total shitheaps  |

Tres bon Mr B! Shame you're looking to sell it on, though I suppose that useability of 1.0 4-speed must be limited. For use on the country roads round here my 1.2 5-speed really is as much a car as I need, and Laurel and Skyline don't get a look in sometimes (though obviously that's not going to prevent me having more......).
Black interior on your's is far too serious, I think you'd have been happier keeping it if was unrelentingly beige like mine.
