All parts are collected after the holidays its gonna be rebuild-time engine is already painted lightgrey and serviced gearbox is very clean again i've managed to find a pair of sudsprint frontstruts, and as they're about an inch lower then standard sudstruts, and in combination with the loweringsprings, the sud will sink deep ;D also found a decent front bumper and spoiler, so the exterior will become nice again too i'll post new pictures as soon as there's some progress in the build-up

I've got some figures on my similar Sud... Series 3 1712cc but I don't have the shorter ratio box. 0-60mph in approx. 7.8sec, did a best standing quarter in 16.1 @ 139km/h with serious wheelspin through 1st and 2nd and no track prep, has been clocked at a radar proven 211km/h with A LOT of room to get there haha.

Top motors fellas ...... lurking in the background on this photo of my big six is my GTV(78). Guess what - constant rear brake problems! She's waiting for the new caliper to be fitted - but a friend cooked the rear when the offender locked on. First gear suffered so a GTV6 rear end is sat there alongside a supercharger and I'm searching a V6 24v...... bring on the winter!

Forgot to ask Boxerman - how far from Brussels are you? Wouldn't mind seeing more of the Netherlands scene. I can't find much in Belgium - but will keep looking.

HA HA - I'll be pulling out stops, leaving the pooch with the ex girly and slavin on the rot-box ( for now anyway until I get the rebuild done ) so I can turn up in something they won't laugh at! Or I'll use one of the others and stay in the external parking! Thanks for the info. I'll follow the link and keep up to date. Much appreciated. Hopefully see you there? You make it with the sud? Was on Zandvoort recently for one of their track days......... top place. ;D Thanks a lot John

put some wheels under this sud again to make it easier to move because i've found another workshop, a bit closer to home, equipped with a 2-postlift and also cheaper ;D
i've got a lot to move though, and a lot of work to prepare the cars te be able to be moved
- '83 Alfasud black, put back on wheels, done - '86 ARNA, put back on wheels, to do - '87 33 1.7 QV, get the engine started, to do - '73 Alfetta, free the brakes and put the doors etc back on it, to do - '90 75 1.6ie, meant to be broken for parts, put that on hold for now
