No real updates other than the cars been stood on my drive for a month after destroying another head gasket Anyway, I'm collecting bits and so far have some really trick stuff. Cant wait to finnish uni and get stuck into the build. Hoping to get it about 70% done over easter but the pressures off a little now i have the pug. Been day dreaming about looks and thought id have a go at PS. Bear in mind this is my first ever go and my mouse i trashed. - this isnt the total look just an indecation for you! but i can assure you it will be looooow

;)Frankly I'm a bit of a purist when it comes to old Skodas, but I've come to realise with the help of this great forum that my views are rather fuddy duddy. Don't get me wrong I still prefer to see them as they left the factory, but I guess I shouldn't expect everyone else to think like me. Anyway, that makes me a hypocrit, look at my Bugrat! Racer 86,what will you do with any standard original parts removed from the Estelle that aren't needed? Please don't bin them,I'm sure that either I or someone like me would buy them from you, these old Skodas aren't always easy to get parts for now.

Update! Since being home for a week from uni i took the head off for an inspection to see why it kills headgaskets like they are going out of fashion turns out 3 of the liners had dropped completely and 1 had dropped a little. sooooo, I reshimmed them to the corect 0.006" protrusion and put it back together with a smidge of Hermatite red on the headgasket and it now runs like a dream holding a steady 65 degrees and purrs like a kitten! ;D I'm also thinking about a change of plans so if anyone wants to buy it its [glow=red,2,300] FOR SALE[/glow] 11 months MOT and minter than a mint thing on national mint Skoda day ;D

Top grammar tips! Bought = purchased. Brought = relocated Lose = misplace/opposite of win. Loose = your mum
