no probs mate wat u need to no?? ;D the zetec engine mount needs to be modified slightly to clear everything i cant remember exactly why but it doesnt fit without cutting down, il try get a pic for ya at wknd!! i used the zetec flywheel n clutch, bolted 4speed straight onto it no probs!! as for other mods to fit mk3/4 escorts and fezzys etc too is u obviously need an exhaust manifold, i made mine using a cvh4branch and mating it too the bottom section off the original orion zetec downpipe, with out the cat obviously!! igniton is the DIS unit that runs most 1300hcs crossflow engines, as well as many cvh units. icould certainly make u an inlet for a price mate, although depends wat ur wanting to use the car for with zetec in, as mines currently has no water plumbed to inlet cos a don't need it. always happy to help so ask away mate!! ;D

ok i thought the standard cvh exhast system would fit ok? without modification also I'm sure if you used the flywheel of the 1.6i cvh efi they are lighter how do i tell what ignition system i have its just a standard 1.6 cvh carb fed also how much would you charge to make me a inlet manifold i have a xr2 carb and manifold lying around that could be used id be using it mainly for my everyday drive but also for drag racing from time to time

first off the sump differences mean u need to modify cvh downpipe to clear, it does look like it would fit but it wont, they run a different route!!
as for flywheel u can use any zetec/cvh/crossflow item as far as I'm aware!!
the EDIS unit can be wired into the standard loom real easy, u just need to note where u unplug it from donor car, and plug it in same on urs!!!
unfortunately the 1800cvh is a terrible engine and also uses a really laim carb which wouldnt do much good at all!!!!! however u can use the carb used on the essex v6, i know couple of guys run them on a zetec and works well.
to make the inlet manifold i would need....
- cvh inlet manifold - zetec injection inlet manifold and sandwich plate
i could prob source the zetec inlet etc easily, infact i may have one in the lockup. as for a price i aint sure tbh.
hows that sounding so far??

Haha! Thats ace, never heard of anyone building a 4 speed with LSD before, with that setup your car should kick ass ;D
Is your 4 branch a re-drilled CVH one, or a proper zetec fitment?
