Whe I took my girlfriends mini for it's MOT on monday, there was a Sierra cossy running a rover V8 booked in a couple of cars after hers, it was really loud though it's 3 inch exhaust, but it still passed. Monday was a good day for retro MOT's, there was a BRG MG midget between the Mini and the Sierra. I was loving it, but the missus got a bit bored and naggy ;D

The plan: Hopefully soon get all the welding done, and get her nice new, undented wing that i've sorced on her. Get her puntures fixed, and put the propper rear o/s wheel back on her, and put the migit wheel back in the boot. Couple of other miner tweeks, twisted break line, emmitions, and lights. Got a brand new indicator to replace the cracked one. Still trying to find a n/s rear bumper trim. might have to put a whole back bumper on and get a bit of matt black spray on the chrome trim. Get her plates then straight back in for her MOT.... also got about 500 quids worth of i.c.e i need to wire up, gotta have my choons ;D and my mates gonna make me a custom grill, we havent quite finalised the design yet, but it's gonna be sexy!!! Long term plan: At some point i want to spray her black, proper job, engine bay and interior, should be a fun job Long, long term plan: ripping out her straight 6 and gear box, and dropping in a 5.7 short block chevy engine in with a TH400 gear box. That means a jump from 180 BHP to over 300 BHP, also should make her a bit lighter... (get wood just thinkin about it...
