OK so I've made a PDF file for everyone to use. Can someone test it? It should be OK... Version 2: www.breakpoint.u-net.com/retrorides/retro-rides_aa_badge_2.pdfIt's about 270k... I'm not sure how to make it smaller and maintain quality. It SHOULD print out at just over 2.5 inches square. There's an outline square around the badge bit - the pdf is bigger to allow some colour bleed, you'll see what I mean. I printed it out onto thin card, cut it out with a scalpel and metal ruler and then laminated it. Affix to the badge with some double sided tape

Hi guys, sorry if it's too late but can I offer an amendment? I can't help thinking that the current version looks a little unbalanced...I'm thinking more like this perhaps?: Am I wrong? Does it make it look too unlike it's original AA equivalent? maybe we should have a vote? ps. Sorry chaps, I'm not sure how to modify the pdf, so you'll just have to put up with my crappy jpeg version!

I thought of doing it that way, but I wanted it to look as much like the original AA as possible when I did it. Having said that, I like yours! I'll do another... ;D

There's a long(ish) thread that comes out the back, onto which screws a flat bar. You turn the bar to horizontal, slide it through the grille and from the back screw it up so it fits tight. OR, you try to screw it up and the thread snaps where it's seized so you wind loads of gaffer tape onto the bar to ensure a tight fit!
