oooh- may be able to help if you need dimensions- if the 4.3 unit is a similar size to a 1UZ-FE 4.0 out of an LS400. Got a couple of photo's with dimensions on.
I'll have to do it at home so PM me over on CCUK to remind me (i'm not as regular on here) and i'll try and get the pics to yer ASAP.
