Yo, does anyone fancy taking on my Integra. I have got a new and super-obscure bit of 1970's rwd J-chintz coming and I need to make a space. retrorides.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=readersrides&action=display&thread=1175454087&page=1Its in decent original condition but needs some fettling before it will hit the road again - namely welding to the rear of the sills, an exhaust pipe, and a waterpump. Bodywork is pretty decent, runs well enough and interior is very nice. Interesting alloys. Curretly on a SORN. If anyone can do somehting useful with it they can have it for what I gave for it, which is £75. At that sort of money i'm not going to put it on the bay - too expensive and too many nobbers ('gr8 car m8 will u swop it for pair of fancy trainers') Could possibly deliver within an hour or so of Crewe if absolutley necessary. Before anyone says 'Yeah nice work rose, you've been a great custodian of that car' I did save it from being crushed so there, it would have been sorted ages ago if I hadnt got sidetracked by my Alfa 75, VP allegro and now Lancia Prisma!!!

Damn and blast, bad time as ever, I could defo use that but it does not fit with current affairs. If any product of heavy thinking arrises, i'll get back to ya... Good luck with the sale. Edit: Heavy thinking is resulting in a headache! Good luck with it I hope someone finds a good home for it.

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

I would be interested, but doubt I’d get it insured as a classic alongside the Camry daily. Can’t help think those wheels would look good on my Accord…
Out of curiosity, is the water pump on these one you have to change in conjunction with water pump, or does it run separately like on Accord?
Let’s hope it goes to a good home, I bet it would be a right hoot to drive.

What a shame! I was really looking forward to the restoration of this - wondering what the 70s J-Chintz is though?!
To add to the excuse list, I'd have it but no space - £75 is an absolute bargain. I really wish I had a big shed or something, I'd just harvest up stuff like this every week until it was full.

PS cheers Twigzy, I appreciate your offer which I will keep in mind. I'm not gonna let it get trashed anyway, if no-one sympathetic wants it i'll hang onto it. I'll get round to it eventually.

It's got to be that 929/Luce, I will be astonished if it isn't. If so, you will truly be the boss of old uncool Mazdas, unless someone outdoes you and imports a Roadpacer.
If you do end up keeping the Integra, sort the welding out and want rid around November/December onwards, drop me a line. I promise to regularly cleanse the tape heads of the wonderful radio before use.

Free bump for this rare old J-tat. Any potentially responsible owners out there for it?
