Check this out, this rocks harder than a Led Zep tribute band who realised Ozzie just walked in the place and they want to rock that extra bit harder to impress him. What we have here is a R plate (1976?) Reliant Kitten panel van. We are told its one of only 10 survivors. Its got the round headlights and the different grill. IMO this looks way better than the square lights on the more common estates. even better than this, this little van has had a full body-off-chassis resto. It has reciepts with it for £2200+ stuff. Hell, are there two grands worth of bits in a Kitten? There are now... Everything is either new or reconditioned or refurbished. Its like a new van. The only fault is a slight split on the base of the drivers seat. Unless someone tells me different I'd have thought you can get a decent Reliant driver seat for next to no cash. Its not that noticable though. Its 850cc so thats cheapest rate tax, and I think it gets in the most lax emissions test group as well as its an R reg. Would need to check the V5C to confirm that though. The signage on the van is vinyl and will peel off easy enough. Load bay area looks almost unused its so tidy. It has a new CD player just fitted. Photos were taken on my phone, in the pub car park, at night. Better pics can be arranged if necessary. You need to see it to see how nice it is anyway. Its not mine, although maybe it should be... Give Jeff a bell on 07837 319691(sensible times only unless you want an ear full) Check out my phone photo skillzorz (Naaaaht) You too can be Postman Pat (Jamie, I'm looking at you now). Black & White Cat not included.

Phone Jeff and talk to him. He seemed a little undecided last night as to what he wanted. Not lots of money either way. See my post in The Council?

cool; pretty rare to see one without the rear panels cut and windows fitted.
the drivers seat is probably impossible to replace as the kitten uses different seats to all other reliants making them pretty hard to sourse; even worse is that normal kittens had cloth seats and the vans had them in vinyl; so it needs to be another van seat.
but robins did come with bassically identical seats but scaled down.
good luck with the sale.

its not mine if that wasn't obvious from the blather.
Do know a decent trimmer but she takes for ever to do any repairs.
Theres some mini fitment slot mags on eBay at the mo, would look great on this van...

Just put some big fat seats in from a renner 25 or something, obv that will not leave any room for you to get yourself in, so bear that in mind.

some of those narrow Lotus 7 kit seats would do the job nicely. Especially with that sporty little Mountney wheel.
Did I mention the slot mags on eBay?

Men, this van is the nuts. Photos cannot possibly do it justice. Don't get too hung up on the seat - it only needs a couple of bits of gaffer tape to repair it.
Go and have a look, you wont be disappointed - but take cash. You'll want it.
WRONG PHONE NUMBER ABOVE!!!

they were took at dusk in a car park on a mobile with no flash. To get them "right" I'd have to have had a tripod.
