Alright amigos? Some of you may remember I posted this back along. Well after being shafted by the 'bay it's still here... But unlike good cheese it ain't getting better with age. I MOT'd it back in the summer, drove it back to my lock-up and it's sat there since. Now I need the space, so the deal is this. I prepped it for sale, and since then have removed both front seats and robbed the runners, the leather seats themselves just need new runners bolting up. The alternator has been removed but works just fine, I also half inched the battery. In short it was an up and together car, that's been parked up for a few months, you can't start it without supplying a battery and whacking the alternator back on and it needs those runners. BUT... It's a got a perfectly good LPG system that was professionally installed, it's lowered on Bilstein matched springs and shocks, there's a heavy duty tow bar with split electrics and there's a Simmons large bore exhaust plus some semi decent speakers in there too... Oh, the drivers leccy window doesn't work. It's got a huge history file and loads of money has been spent in all the right places. A couple of hours fiddling and some tax would see you with a fine and dandy runner. £250 takes it away, £200 without the wheels and tyres, but some the same in poorer condition with illegal tyres fitted. Cheap motoring ;D The wheels in this pic are not the ones in the sale... 15in Virgos included with good tyres for higher price.

Ahah, that vital piece of info that I neglected to include... It's in Somerset, half way between Bristol and Exeter... I would sell the LPG kit seperately. £200 and you can take the rest of the car for free ;D Seriously, if I was going to break it I would and make far more money from it that way, 240 tuning bits are very hard to come by and the suspension and exhaust would garner a few pennies no doubt. Looking at your location, I guess you're not going to be interested...

Cool, thanks for that mate... If you need anything else you know where I am. Like I say it's MOT'd, and with a battery, the alternator fitted, some tax and a seat whacked in it you could drive it home.

Is the injection system multipoint? Doughnut tank? Single point vapouriser and a normal boot mounted 80ltr cylinder tank... So probably not what you want at all!

What engine size/model is it? Is it a manual or auto? It is temting, plus your not too far away... but i need to get an insurance quote first to see if i can afford to run this as a second car. Also what wheels will it come with?

Alright dudes, First up I'm in Taunton, Somerset. It's a 240GL with the 2.3 motor fitted, this hasn't presented any problems on insurance for me. As standard it would have come with a 2ltr, it's a manual and will come with some 15in GLT alloys, they're called Virgos. Which are these... ;D
