Hi all lost interest and time so wanna say bye to the LANCER 2000.
Got it off ebay last month and since then Iv got an mot on it and a list of warnings which inlcude some things which the car comes with, i.e came with four solid doors, i managed to put two off them on so two of the warnings are that the other doors need replacing.
Comes with 6 std alloys (4 have new tires) a set of 16" alloys on it already
Rear spoiler in perfect condition *Rare*
New center shaft bearing (now fitted) was a warning on the mot cost me 55 quid
Had welding on the sills done to pass the mot, cost me £115
looking for £1000 ovno
Cheers
Chris

Its fun to drive Its a shame I don't have time at this point need to get back to the imp! don't know if that will work but heres a few possibly! Not at home at the mo but i can take more photos tonight. This is a photo from when I got it. The front wing on the drivers side use to have a dent in it, wing has now been replaced with a solid unpainted wing. (also have one of the other side spare and a spare turbo condition unknown. Looking for a quick sale as taking up the rents drive

I'm on the wirral, it mainly needs body work from what I can tell.
When you give it some from 2nd to 3rd the gear box crunches but I don't think it helps the fact the nylon/plastic ball at the end of the gearstick is gone as it feals like your stiring soup! some club members have told me these are available from mitsubishi for under £4 and a 2nd hand gear box if needed is easy £50!
If I'm not to far from you plz come see if you want

will happily swap for a standard imp of any type in good running condition ect. Just collected an Imp from your end of the world. Previous owner told me it was ready for an MoT but my tester would ban me for life if I turned up with it. Though it does need some welding, it is a good solid car. Needs a carb leak to be plugged to run. Wifey won't be happy with me but I'd happily swap it for your Mitsi. I've got this thing for old J cars. I'll even do the trailering.

its had most welding done, its rear wheel drive, 2lt turbo, i think 170bhp with 180 psf torque the engine pulls really well and the mots so 36000 miles there abouts but only have a few so its more than likely 136000 miles just had an oil + coolant change
Its also had plates riveted behind the rear wheels on the lower quater to purely get it through the mot.

Right then more pics! inside, front seats are from an astra all the dash is complete without any cracks e.c.t Picture of the welding under the drivers door, I have put one of the soild doors on the drivers side which can be seen on the same sill at the back, look at the door all of them where like this but have the door to go onto it in the same condition as the drivers. left hand sill patches welded on to change the drivers door had to take old wing of so replaced it with a solid spare one (have the other side to go on aswell) on. cheers chris
