I have six of these (some with tyres, some not) and I don't need them at the moment as i don't have a car they will fit any ideas on a: what they are called b: ball park figure to sell (I paid 75 for four, scored the other two for free) cheers, Phil.

Those are just called RS four spokes. They were fitted to loads of Fords over the years, you'll see them lots on Capris, Escorts, and I think I've even seen the odd Cortina that someone had put them on. Not sure of a price, are they all in good nick under the grime? They look like it.
Having said that, is that one corroded a little, or does it just look like that in the photo, look at the left hand side of the picture, it looks a bit corroded, which won't help it sell if it is.

yeah, they were going to go on my 'tina but by the time i'd sorted a nice set and located the proper bolts I discovered some hefty suspension damage from an accident and scrapped the car ... the one in the pic is corroded, the others are in about the same condition, I might just send them back to the lockup then they're the same stud pattern as my 205 daily, but the center bore is too small and i'm not about to start drilling them out
