some great spots going on now, gonna have to raise my game... But until I do, here's some more of the usual! While in London on business I happened to spot this Merc in the heart of Government.... The VW Camper is closer to home Oldest set of TSWs still on the road? DAF military truck spotted in Wales Theres another one in his back garden, but a East German one I think Sort of a spot of the Sooty van, but this is why we don;t take UK Holidays.... Lovely traveller driven by an ancient couple in Aberistwith Now far from Powys Castle. Love the retro graphics on this very clean Volvo 7 Local bus service, timewarp style Carry on Camper, also in Wales Some farmyard spotting ANd back to Notts for this VW Polish Nissan Coupe Shame about the "cage", this Nova was tasty. Its in Mansfield This 190E is impossibly clean! Bigger Merc, slightly pimpin' Fire up the Quatro and all that Mini Nice Mini Rat look Passat just needs a bit more neglect and it will be Sooooooo Scene Man Volvo estate, and sideboard dash! Nottingham Transport are trying to appeal to a different demographic with their new busses VW I can't spell Golf with a few mods That Austin minibus again. Sooooo sweeeeet Mk1 MR2, only just! Shat look Nissan Not sure why but I find this curiously appealing Worse is this Mk2 phase 1 Astra Merit. Don't see many phase 1s about now. Thisones probably not long for the world Nissan Figaro and Merc make unlkely bedfellows.

That Austin minibus is gorgeous! I went out to buy some painkillers, came back to see this parked around the corner. Owner (in the green shirt) was very nice, bought it recently and came to show it to his parents. 1965 MPW S3 Continental, one of 10 built, this one for Rex Harrison as a prize when he won an Academy Award for My Fair Lady. What a car!

I thought Aberystwith was wet. It was torrential while we were there. Didn't even get to go on the fenicular railway. Some interesting buildings there. Much of Wales has a "land that time forgot" feeling which I like. National Milk Bars and all that - its like paying a visit to 1974. I could live there, and I may well do one day. Anyway, here's my recent spots Its obviously wedding season as evidenced by this lovely Mk2 Jag seen outside the local church And this equally lovely Morris Oxford seen outside a local country house hotel. other end of the market... I "notice" Renner 5s now. I learnt to drive in one y'kna Carnies are in town Seems to be that Mk3s are cool and Mk4s are fool. Not sure why. Aren't these cvalled the S-Cargo? Or did I dream that? Its a shed mate Curiously I'm starting to feel these now. Now they are either all gone or expensive of course. Prisoner Mini This early Minor looked good. Child seat and just enough patina for top daily-driver cred Pimped out T25 sad Range Rover Talbot Samba drop top Morgan Jag S111 E30 cabrio With fuel filler flap mural... Lovely early Porker - a 912 I think. Eine Capper mit kit Very clean Snag RWD Mk1 Escort not JDM drift Yo! E-bygum 3 series Who remembers Johno? Sweet lady of mercy. Cav rag top. Sun's obviously bringing them out. Not sure about dem rimZ Fiiiiiiiigaro, Figaro, Fiiiiiigarrrrrrrrroooooo! Nice red Porker. 944 I think. Shady Minor. We are the Mods etc. W123 Hog trike And, saving the best 'till last, ladies and gentlemen, for your entertainment, education and edification Akku-Moteur Spots Inc. proudly presents.... The last surviving Talbot Solara in the East Midlands?
