Use existing pushrods or replacements?

I'm fitting a new cylinder head to a Mini engine. The head is coming from a complete engine with pushrods, rocker gear etc. The engine it's going on also has its original pushrods

I'm wondering if I should use the ones coming with the head or the existing ones sat in the block?
