	Anyone know haw much pressure an average Serp Belt tensioner places on the other components please? Need to design a bracket to hold an idler pulley on a Rover V8, tried a steel alternator support bracket, but it twists under pressure! To get your attention!

	They're pretty strong to be fair, think >200lb/ft. Try HERE for more info.

	Thanks, guess the leverage and 200lb/ft together is too much for the alternator bracket which holds the alternator forward of the engine. Will get one made out of box section.
