Evening all,
Had a look through all the sections and couldn't find anywhere that fitted perfectly, apologies to mods if I've put this in the wrong place!
I'm picking up a 2010 NC2 MX5 as my next daily. Had it on ramps before handing the deposit over and it's solid enough.
Thing is ... As a daily it will be exposed to snow, rain, grit, crud etc... And I really want to hold onto this one for a good few years.
Anyone had their underbody cleaned back and sealed by a professional? I'm talking subframes off and treated properly, exhaust and arch liners removed, the works.
As close to Evesham as possible (WR11), but don't mind travelling.
And yes, I know I could do it myself but I don't have the time or a mate friendly enough to let me have my MX5 sat on their ramp for days on end. My days of crawling round under a car on axle stands with a wire brush drill attachment and a tub of underseal are behind me.
Thanks,
Ashley
P.S would people recommend a Bilt Hamber type product or a raptor paint / powder coat?
