Before scrapping this, I'll just see if there's any interest here as an engine donor.
The engine is a Honda K20A9 which is the low power 150 BHP version of the K20 series. (I presume 200 horsepower is just an ECU remap away, IDK though and these can apparently make a lot more with forced induction.) 175k miles, serviced every 6 months, clutch was replaced about 30k miles ago but release bearing is starting to feel a bit dry. Consumes zero oil. Gears are all fine.
Basically someone has swiped the catalytic converter and £2k for a replacement one plus the 2 lambda sensors which disappeared with it means the car, a Honda FR-V (Edix), is not work fixing.
It is still drivable (but noisy on an open pipe), has 6 months MOT. Bodywork is not in great shape - most panels have dents and bumpers are not worth anything. Lights and mirrors would probably sell though.
I've had the car a while and it owes me nothing. Looking for scrap value if there's any interest on here. I'm a few miles North of Brighton.
Cheers!
