Post Apocalyptic Ford Capri. Mad Max IV on a budget?

I actually like this sort of madness.

However, I am possibly about to be flamed, by the same gang who tell me, I need roll-bars with 34 triangulations, and 101 other random things like number plate spacing, no LED headlights, bigger this, smaller that and a set of pink,whatevers.

When I look at all of these greatly expressive builds, my concern lies with the 12 year old who gets mangled by a huge, bull-bar, has an arm ripped off by a side mounted Gattling gun.

The list goes on and on, inside the cab too.

Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
rear seats removed at time of test
non standard wheels fitted
non standard exhaust fitted
body work heavily modified

Yet, policing of chewing gum, number plates and possibly yellow headlights, etc goes on and on.

Lets look at Top Gear, another fun programme.

Qualified or licensed to drive those massive rigs, yes, experienced, professional drivers? Nope.

Yet they sit talking on walkie talkies (CB Radio if you want) every week while mobile phones etc get prosecuted.

Just random thoughts tonight.
