Managed to get two new 195/50/15s on the fronts today I’m absolutely chuffed with the look Just need to go buy two new ones for the rear and she’s sorted Can’t beat an old W202 !     |

Just a couple of pics more or less done now I’ve booked in to a few local shows as I need to get out and about a bit with the car, Bromley pageant on the b-unique stand is one I’m looking forward to My paint mate is going to rectify a few bits for me after the summer, well pleased she’s now on 195/5015s all round and drives very well for a weedkiller😁    |

That looks really nice. Strangely the C180 Esprit that I had appeared to ride at that height as standard. However, the Esprit was supposed to be the 'sporting' version so perhaps it had lower springs as standard? Maybe having higher profile tyres gave it the illusion of being lower than it was as they filled out the arches well. Just one thing I'd change on yours if it were mine - the rear wheels look a bit lost inside the arches. Could do with some spacers to bring them out a bit. Just my own personal taste though.  |

I think the wheels are possibly the wrong offset for the car, certainly on the rear. I agree they look a bit too lost in the arches, but the original wheels and the ones in your pic of the wagon fill the arches better. I guess it's nothing some decent spacers can't remedy. I really like the diamond cut finish of the replacement wheels. |
