This has been brewing for a while, I had the idea to do it a few years back, but given the potential for an uptick in image uploads and the associated increased costs of that, I couldn't really do it until Club RR came along. Then just as I was about to start, some kind of global pandemic pulled the rug out from under everything, you may remember that.
Well now a few year's later than planned I've got the first version of this out, just in time for show season to start:

It can be used for big photo dumps, build threads and guides, or really anything you want to upload some photos and put some captions with them.
How to use it
*if you lose if from your clipboard as long as you keep the thread tool tab open in your browser you can always click Copy Thread To Clipboard again.

On top of this I've got plans for the general image uploader to allow you to manage your images and a few other bits and pieces I've been meaning to do for a while.

How to use it
- The text box at the top is always there and serves as an area to type in your intro.
- Then you click the "Add picture with RR Picture Uploader" button.
- Select your images and click Open (or whatever your browser's file dialog says, this also works from mobile).
- Your images will upload and each image will have its own optional caption underneath.
- You can add more images at any time if you wish, so you can add images one by one if order is critically important.
- When you are done click "Copy Thread To Clipboard"*
- You can now go to the forum (or thread) you wish to post in and Paste (Cntl+V or whatever your computers keyboard equivalent is) and it will be a fully formed RR Post.

Enhancements I'm working on
- DRAG AND DROP REORDERING DONE
The biggest thing I want is the ability to re-order images, so it is easier to select a whole load at once and then get them in the order you want to tell the story you want. - Next after that is some simple styling buttons for the caption boxes, bold, italic, links etc.
- The ability to paste in an image url and have it pulled in to the RR Image uploader would be useful, link/image rot is a real pain.
- Finally saving of drafts would be really useful too.
