I bought this 1990 alfa 33 1.7 16v boxer engine cloverleaf a few weeks ago with the intention of recommissioning it and using it as a semi-daily but another 33 came along and now I have too many cars and not enough space! I bought it mainly because the body is so solid - no rust underneath and the only rust is a small amount next to the rear lights and on the tailgate. The head gasket had gone hence the reason it was parked up for a few years so I removed the engine and box and stripped the engine ready for a rebuild and that’s as far as I got when the other 33 came along. It has the super rare full leather inter In nice condition, original wheels in good condition, i was told some suspension parts and brakes had been replaced and prior to the head gaskets it ran and drove nicely. It will need either the engine rebuilding and refitting or a replacement engine fitting. The body is good but the paint is chipped and scuffed all over so will need a respray at some point. It’s a great base to make a really nice car. It is located in Northamptonshire and I would like to get back what I paid for it £1400 ono (spare engine extra)
