Its just my opinion, but i cant help thinking what a waste of effort when there are far better and prettier cars all that work could be used on.

But by your reckoning,... whats the point, you'll only end up with a faster Cortina.. The point in modding a Polo, is the same as why we modify anything, because he/we likes them. It clearly isn't the most sensible thing to do. Then again, the quickest street legal car in the world started out life as a Vauxhall Victor, not a Ferrari Testarossa
