I am wondering if there are many cars here running old Janspeed parts? In the early days it was mostly Minis but then there were various BL cars which had some Janspeed developed aftermarket parts and I think up until around 2005, they did exhausts for a whole host of cars.
So yeah, does anyone still have any Janspeed parts fitted to their cars? Pictures more than welcome!

I think they did turbo kits too. Always wondered what the MGB one was like.

Yep, all of those! Had a Datsun 240Z, Cherry and Sunny race cars. Plus a MGF-based land speed record car, Sierra XR4i turbo kits (world's fastest at the time), Rover SD1 turbo kits, looked after a brace of Viper race cars, had the (sadly ill-fated) P10 Primera BTCC cars, Skyline GTR's and a whole host of others.

I've had a few cars with Janspeed exhausts, they've always been quality bits of kit.

Bought a Janspeed four branch manifold for Suzuki Vitara 1.6 around 2006 and had a Janspeed four branch for an earlier SJ 410 which coupled with an inlet with SU carb transformed the gutless wonder a tad

A lady I worked with was selling an XR3i with a Janspeed exhaust in our local rag (pre-internet) and when her advert came out they had misspelled it as "Jam spread" exhaust!
This would have been pre-predictive text as well, no idea what they were thinking

Janspeed is a brand from the past!
I really fancied something like an Escort RST on a Janspeed back in the day. I kind of got close with a Series 1 RS Turbo, albeith with a Scorpian on it, in addition to a Janspeed Stainless item on my Ka Sun Collection back in the early 00s.
It's a shame they are not quite as present as they once were, but it's great to see they are still around in a form. I'm guess aftermarket upgrades have seen a shift in most cars these days.

This is all brilliant, thank you everyone! I work for Janspeed at the moment and am just trying to find stuff that some of the boys might have worked on in the day, (some of them are still here from the 70's!)

That's excellent, thank you very much! I'm putting that with all of the other odds and sods I have been compiling, hope to have a decent collection eventually.

Wow! Great find! These were the world's fastest Sierras before the RS Cosworth came along!

Yeah unfortunately they are not quite as prevalent as they were way-back-when as they do mostly OEM stuff now for the likes of JLR, Aston, Lotus etc however you can still get parts for the Mk1/2 Escorts, Capri's etc.
