Up for sale is my 6 speed manual swapped 1991 Lexus Ls400.
The car is a 1991 1UZFE V8 Lexus Ls400 with a J160 6 speed manual swap. It’s covered 138,000 miles and has been my pride and joy for the last 3 years I’ve owned it. It’s got a fully stamped service book up to 120,000 miles and the rest have been done by me. It’s recently had new plugs, oil, filter, fuel filter at 137,500 miles. MOT is due at the end December but it will sail through as it had lots of work last year.
It’s far from standard and has the following done to it:
BC coilovers
19x8.5 + 19x19.5 2pc rays vitrix kruetzers
J160 6speed manual conversion (with lexibreak kit, exedy cutch is 10 months old)
Custom pedal box
XAT 5kg light flywheel
Likewise fab shifter and extender
Jzx100 fender markers (wired in)
Clear USDM front indicators (wired in)
Toyota Celsior Headlights
Clear side repeaters
Window tints front and back
Beige curtains curtains front and back
Custom Decat Pipes
4 boxes removed from the exhaust with stainless rear pipes and tips
Custom aluminium Intake with Pro ram cone filter (Makes a lovely v8 noise)
Both front harnesses tucked in the front wheel arches
12" aftermarket sub in rear shelf
Amp Hidden in spare wheel well.
The paint is in excellent condition for a 30 year old car and has been 95% corrected by me (the photos were taken inside at work because of the terrible weather we've been having and the car will be sold privately from my home), the underside is also very very good for the age. It has been meticulously cared for by me and anyone that knows me knows how anal I am about my cars.
The only bad points the car has are from having the arches rolled before I got it, the front passenger wing has a couple of small waves in it. The speedo also needs a multiplier box, it works, but reads 5x under due to how the old auto box read. There is also a small split in the front passenger seat. I have tried to be as honest as possible, everything else works as it should.
Given the current climate of older Japanese RWD, I am after £7,000 ono.
Located in Sheffield, England.
