Four wheel Boxster disc brake conversion for IRS beetle. Includes the following:
All four 4 pot brembo calipers (value approx £600)
Porsche front hubs machined to accept beetle wheel bearings so ready to bolt on.
Rear Porsche hubs with studs.
Rear aluminium backing plates including brake caliper mount. These replace the bearing caps.
Two complete sets of handbrake shoes and fitting kit.
Brand-new Textar front and rear pads.
Vee dub engineering rear conversion kit imported from Canada:
Caliper adaptor mounts
Handbrake sleeves for cables
Swan brackets to adapt brakes to work with beetle cables
Mounting bolts.
I’ll throw in a pair of used rear discs too. Plenty of meat left on them but need a skim ideally.
This is not quite a complete bolt on kit. The calipers need a refurb to look their best and I haven’t tried removing the pistons, but they were removed from a driving car. You will need to redrill one additional bolt hole in your front spindles and there may be a few small fittings missing for the handbrake assembly. Easily sourced from a Porsche breakers.

I’ve costed this all up individually using sold prices on eBay or Google for the new stuff and it totals over £1300, so I think £1000 is a fair price. I would rather sell in one lot but if there is interest in separate parts I will consider it.
