Nice job on the RV! This is so full of win :-) At first it looked like one of those overloaded campers with next to nothing in load capacity, but then I noticed the twin rear wheel set ut. Most RV's here in Norway are based on trucks with a maximum capacit of 3,5T and that often leaves less than 600kg to fill up with passangers, fuel water and other stuff. The rear door was a nice piece of engineering. I guess you could have adapted a cargo ramp from a small truck, but that would have cost a lot of pennies, a lot!

Great job! I race cars so would love something similar but can’t really justify the cost for the few times a year I’m out with it… Definitely post up your other projects

Got to start by asking "is there no end to your talents" ?? Excellent work as usual and loving the fact you've ended up with exactly what you wanted / needed, fully tailored to your needs at significantly less cost than simply buying it, Brilliant and fully up for reading about your other projects, Nigel

Thanks everyone! Our dogs love the thing too. Every time we open the side door- they jump in the seats as if to say "Where we goin'?". I'm going to get one of the other build threads done in the next few days. Back at it!

Fantastic, love it. I am also somewhat envious of the lifestyle that living in the USA affords. Places where you can ride a crosser or quad are very scarce in the UK and still disappearing by the day. A camper that size would be a huge amount of money here, and it wouldn't fit many places anyway!!
Please do a thread on your other builds too!

Looks ace. Nice to see one with a bed not crammed above the garage minimising room in the rear.
Love to see the threads on the other builds.

Excellent - thanks for sharing
Amazed at how cheap you got it even considering the stripped out interior - the new layout works for you so wins all round

I've got at least three other crazy builds I can do a thread on, if anyone cares to read them. I do enjoy writing and sharing this stuff on a forum consisting of real retro ride petrol heads. I wish there were more forums just like this one left in the world. Yes please!

It'll be a few days before I can sit with a nice cup of coffee or later in the evening an ice cold beer before I can get to writing one of the other ones. Some super cool stuff for sure.
