This Cordoba has been my nephew's transport for a few years, having been the archetypal low mileage one owner car before that. It still has only just over 60,000 miles on the clock and is quite presentable, although a bit of TLC would not go amiss. He now has access to another car so the Cordoba is surplus to requirements. It has MOT until 6th Dec, and judging by the MOT history it could pass another without too much work. I have left the registration visible in the photos so you can check MOT info for yourself, but the advisories last time are below. I would take it on myself and modify it, but I have too many projects already, sadly. The car is located in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Asking price is £350. Please contact Jasper on 07547 672400 or via jaggo_goodheart@hotmail.com Please do not ask what is the lowest we will accept, as if we are going to haggle, we would rather go upwards from your maximum price and not downwards from our minimum :-)

Good car for very little money, something pretty rare nowadays. GWLS. Thanks. It is not stylish, but it is a fairly rare beast, and it has loads of potential. I googled "modified Cordoba Varios" to get some ideas but I had to stop looking in case I decided to buy it myself

RR bargain of the week.
A car that looked out of date when new, so looks cool now, and that low mileage, estate shape and nothing advisory history and decent ticket.

RR bargain of the week. A car that looked out of date when new, so looks cool now, and that low mileage, estate shape and nothing advisory history and decent ticket. Certainly. I had one of these with a modified 1.9 TDI engine, from what I remember you can use parts from a MK3 golf, cant remember for sure but coilovers from common VW makes were readily and cheaply availible, same with interiors and wheels. Mine had a 16v front end fitted among a load of other things but they are cracking cars. Huge load space in the back, built in roof bars, can take loads of parts from the vw parts bin. I loved mine.

The front running gear is mk2/3 Golf, the rear is mk3/4 Polo, like its mk2 Ibiza cousin. The VAG parts bin and VW tuning scene mean that there is a massive range of parts readily available, which is not something you can say about many such rare cars.
