Would love something like that, but kind of thinking tyre scrub out back may be an issue on that one?

Seller of this Accord I'm not 100% about. He bought it from the original/long-time owners and it was back on again in a week when it failed to sell before Xmas. I don't think there's much profit in this kind of FWD stuff despite their competence, so why bother? With his listing of 10 excuses for not going through with a transaction he just sounds like a grump. The Laurel looks a tidy one, despite their relative modernity they've still got an old-fashioned feel and look to them as they run the old L-series engine. Ride and steer suprisingly well, even though this one as an SGL will have the solid back end. Nobody wants them though, Datman had a decent one for ages. I've got my dead one here for bits should anyone go for this.

That Ovlov 360.... I bought one a few years ago for £50 with 6 months MOT on it. It was quite tidy too. When MOT ran out I couldn't give the bloody thing away so I scrapped it. This was in the days when you were lucky if you didn't have to pay to scrap things too! I really wish I'd repaired the hole in the boot floor and kept it now as they go for good money, I think they're starting to become liable for scene tax. Speaking of which I just got a scene tax exempt Golf GTI cabriolet (£250, with tax & MOT and a DAB stereo that's probably worth more than the car!) - leaks like a sieve but needless to say that one won't be going to the scrapper!! Anyway, back on topic. Not cheap but certainly unique!: cgi.ebay.co.uk/WOLESLEY_W0QQitemZ190185318606

I saw this but did wonder - it's not got an MOT and hasn't had one since the work's been done. Why not?

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Just found this Prairie here. Also note, the tatty looking Polo saloon next to it. I'm sure I posted that a few weeks ago, IIRC it's got a blown head gasket. Anyway see here www.gumtree.com/london/99/16878299.htmlEdit: The person must treat their cars like curse word, on second read, the head gasket has also gone on the Prairie
