I want to get some louvres in the deck lid of my Beetle like this, which are from a vintage Citroen donor bonnet. Getting them punched in is going to be cost prohibitive for me so does anyone know who could make me up a panel to weld in or suggest a vehicle that has louvres or vents that I could chop out and use which isn't going to cost the earth?

My first (and only) suggestion would be Cool Louvres in Crawley. They don't charge a vast amount either when I last looked a couple of months ago Otherwise it will be suck it and see for vehicles with a suitable panel to chop out and weld in

I have the tooling to do louvers. If you're willing Dez, how much would you charge to louvre 2 plates that I could weld in?
