The Japanese writing on the side windows says: there's a rumour there's a bad guy in town.
Keep the sticker? Don't keep it? I'm not sure yet
Found a big window banner I want tho

Started fitting a PS2, found dodgy fog light wiring, who uses earth cable as live and live cable as earth? Not to mention it's household cable rather than automotive. Definitely a UK bodge, the jdm cable bodges are much more classy. Ordered a load of cables, connectors and bits so I can have my phone connected to the cars original sound system without replacing the screen and be able to switch over to the ps2 when I want to use it. I'll remove the old dvd player as the ps2 can do that. I just need to find a place to store the ps2. Think I might strip the whole interior to do this. Once that's all fitted, I'll safely insulate and tuck away all the cables Fitted new wipers as the old ones we're atrocious. Need to sort out the connections on the rear led lights as they're a bit sketchy but I've got them all to work so it's just a re wire and solder up on the leds rather than new leds. Private plates made up and ready to go on. Then get a subbbbbbbb, coilovers, wheel refurb and yeet it at my bodyshop fwend for bodywork.

Sorting out this mess, its all insulated so not a big deal but I want it all tidy This is just shocking and apparently this is the work of a garage over here. The wires are just twizled on, they go straight to the battery with no fuse and run through the engine bay, over the wing and through the door. The wires at the switch were also twizled together, just one big bump away from a fire..... Anyway it's all out now and I've started routing new wire to the fog light and I'll take a fused feed off the gear selector light. Parcel shelf lights were fed from the gear selector light and a cable running from the centre console, through the car over the carpet and into the boot, got rid of that and I'll re wire that to the rear lights. More to come tomorrow.

Wiring done by idiots....
Gotta be a book in those alone.
I seem to repair wiring every time I buy an import.

Tidy cables, none going over the carpet anymore PlayStation is wired in Even got the centre screen to play ball Sorted the cables to the fog light switch, just got to solder them tomorrow. The cables in the boot are a mess and the way the fog light holder was fitted is unbelievable.... Pictures to follow

Cleaned it again Dash is all back together, ps2 and phone connector fitted. Phone charges and plays audio off the usb c connector, just plug it in and put the radio in tv mode and it works, no need for a different radio now Boot is all tidied up aswell, fog light all wired correctly now, fitted a nice little sub for the boom booms too

It's baaaaaaack 😁😁😁😁 And it looks amazing, smoothed front and rear bumpers and all blemishes removed. I've set to work cleaning the interior today and maybe take it to a few shows this year. Next up, softer coilovers, better tyres and find somewhere to refurb the wheels. Then maybe an interior retrim.... maybe
