I'm in the process of recomissioning my motorbike, a 2000 Husqvarna Te410e and one of the stumbling blocks I'm hitting is getting it started.
I've narrowed the problem down to the carb.
I'm trying to get the float bowl off the bottom of the dellorto phf36 carburettor, but there are no visible screws other than the big nut that gives you access to the jet. Am I right in thinking that if I undo that nut, the only thing keeping the bowl on is the gasket?
The bikes been sitting for about 5 years, all the fuel likes turned to solid pipes full of old fuel.
I just put it away and never went back to it.
