Can something be done about this ? Everyone I open a new tab to a thread up it pops  how many times do I need to accept it before it goes away ? Also pops up every time you refresh a page and sometimes for no apparent reason !!! |

Was trying out a different way to do the sign up form... it was a bit too big, apparently I forgot to delete/unpublish it. Did get seven news subscribers though  |

Haha that's a result then Yeah the advice is discreet popups like that are better than on page forms. However it seemed to A) not be discreet enough and B) seemed to not understand that once it had been closed it should stay that way. There wasn't an option to set that either, so I'm going to have a look if there is a better way to do it. I'm keen to get more people on the mailing list as I'd like to move away from facebook more and more, it is getting worse and worse trying to get messages out to people with any level of success on there (also it is horribly toxic in general). |

Sounds like a good idea in principal, also I completely agree with your assessment of Facebook. |
