Question to the team: I had that PM today (like everyone else I guess) asking for financial contribution to ProBoards. Yes, I´m willing to pay a monthly fee to support. There is that chance to declare I contribute in the name of the following forum. Does it help RetroRides if donations happen in their name? Does RR get any rewards or something else?  |

If you become a Club RetroRides member you get ad free anyway so not sure where this leaves us?

I had that PM today (like everyone else I guess) asking for financial contribution to ProBoards. Hello, I think everyone with a proboards account got one. Retro Rides already pays for Ad Free (which is no small amount of money), so we're supporting proboards every month. We offset that spend with running our own adverts (which we have more control over to ensure we don't end up with anything dodgy in there). You can more directly support our ongoing efforts to make things more awesome by joining Club Retro Rides  |

Hi, I think that ad say's more about you and your search history than them. Indeed, the ads we have here (at the moment) are all straight from Google based on what you've been doing on the internet (like a lot of sites). I'm making moves to get some more direct and relevant advertisers on board. |
