Hi all, I’m refitting some rubber weather strips, I need to remove the foam double sided tape, any tips on the best way? The rubber is flexible which makes it awkward - caramel wheel maybe?

I tend to use white spirits, a microfibre cloth I'm willing to throw away afterwards and my thumb.
Although it takes a few days for the blisters to go off my thumb!

In work I use Glue remover & then isopropranol to wipe the glue off.

Try acetone on it, you may be lucky and it starts to dissolve.

Had a little go today, I think the issue is getting the foam off first which is a manual job using my thumbs to peel/roll it off😤 once the foam is off the glue comes off with a bit of standard thinners. Took me about 20 mins to do 15cm.....got a good 3m odd to do😫😫😫
I did Google new ones, over £100 each and I have 3🙄
