Hi Gang
Mr Logical here. Of my 5 vehicles, only 2 are road legal at the moment - and I'm going to sell 1 of them. This one.
As beautiful as it is (and it really is) we're going super practical in 2021. This car occupies the in/out slot on the fleet and - for the time being - I'd like that spot vacant. I need to buy a 7 seater over the course of the next week or so too, so the sale of this will help.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Car can remain for a little while at mine, but please consider how easy you will find it to collect the car from St Neots, Cambridgeshire should you win.
The Good
Low owners. 2 in fact. The old lady I bought the car from had it from 1996 until August of last year.
Immaculate interior. Other than a tiny nick in the steering wheel, I can't fault the inside at all. It's like a 6 month old car
Excellent paintwork which shines up beautifully
Only one advisory on the MOT for slight play in steering. It's beautifully light to drive with PAS, but something to keep an eye on
Just serviced (oil, filter, air filter, plugs - I have a dizzy cap and rotor arm to go on too)
60,000 miles
Undersealed and Vactan'd at the front recently
New wipers etc
New rear section
The NOT so Good
There's a little dent in the offside front wing. Dad polished out the paint loss, and I think you could pull the dent out with a dildo or whatever
A bit of paint lost around the rear arches (but treated with Vactan very liberally)
Two of the door locks are sticky. It has central locking but two of the doors have reluctant locks. Didn't want to get involved and risk the doorcards.
It's a smashing little thing, and really I should squirrel it away and cash in come 2032. But on the basis I might be dead by then, it's time for me to egress the 90s Renault market.
£795 - between Cambourne and St Neots (SG19)
