I’m in a quandary. I’m fitting a supercharger to my 68 mini. I’ve collected all the bits bar an inlet manifold. I’ve got an alloy one that is too large a cast iron one that could be shaped but would need holes filling in or I could make one.
The only problem being is how. I reckon i could shape up the flanges using a dremel. Where would i get pipe sections from to build?

Locally to me theres a guy who restores aircraft Hes a wizard working with ally See if you can find someone similar, discuss what you want, and see if he’ll either modify what you have, or fabricate something? Or what about someone like bogg brothers? Just the content of my head, sorry if its no use!

I've not made a supercharger manifold but have made a few inlet and exhaust manifolds. I'm no craftsman or engineer but it's quite easy in mild steel if you can mig. Get some 8-10mm steel plate and use a gasket as a template. Cut to size with a grinder and 1mm disc. Shape with a bench grinder/dremel/die grinder and cut the hole/holes with a hole saw. Mandrel bends are available on Ebay cheap and get chopping and welding. I always screw the flange down to a good thick block of wood to avoid distortion when welding.
