I think the time is coming nearer to inject the Elan +2. I already have an Omex 600 running spark only, so that expense is done.
As such I've been looking at throttle body options. Some Jenvey or similar 40mm ones (dcoe pattern) would be perfect, but I can't justify the new cost with all the ancillaries required so wonder if anyone has any 'kicking about' with injectors, fuel rail, trumpets etc.
Second option is some gsxr600 k1/2/3 throttle bodies, which are much more sensible price wise, but will of course need some modifications to fit.
If anyone has either of the above that thy are willing to sell, please get in touch

I have these triumph Daytona 650 TB's going spare. Taper bore from 44m to 38mm so good for sub 2l engines. I had haybusa TB' s on my 1998cc vauxhall redtop which had a 44mm straight bore, and even they were a tad too big. These are easily splittable into a dcoe style. Fuel rail can be cut in half and rubber joined. Like haybusa bodies, they have secondary butterflies which are easily removed and bunged with chemical metal.    |

Hi mate, I’ve got two sets of Triumph T675 throttle bodies that I’ve used albeit very briefly on my V6 Vauxhall engine
You can see on the pictures they are able to be split as I’ve done to make them slightly wider to fit on the inlet manifold
I also machined the bell mouths as well from brass as you can see
I’ve also got a used big ITG filter that’s not got a back plate with the threads that are slightly damaged as my brother had it on his red top Vauxhall engine with throttle bodies that can go without it
Don’t want to split them so if your interested the bodies and the filter can be yours £200
If someone tells me how I can add photos to this from an iPhone I’ll put them on

Thanks for replying.
Just this week I picked up a set of GSXR600 bodies for £65, bargain.
Wanted the simplicity of Jenveys, but can't justify the price. These are tried and tested on various car builds, so should be a nice little project for the winter
