Hello,
Is it possible to power a GPS Tracker that will work if the battery is disconnected? Perhaps a alternate power source that will charge like the main battery.
Can anyone give advice on this?
Thanks,
Tony

Depending on how much room you have, one of those 12v 'motorcycle style' batteries and a split charge relay to keep it topped up?

You can get trackers that are self contained. Can't remember the name but my mate has one. They have retrieval videos on YouTube

People have used a mobile phone wired via a charger, even with the battery disconnected you get a week or so on standby, I imagine thd trackers are muchbthe same.
