Early Capri wheels I'm Told (rs lites) These could work for me too. Either polished to an inch of their lives, or painted and detailed in 2 tone. Would they have caps? I might have 4 caps at home grizz. Maybe worth thinking about brake clearance aswell. You might be after et5-10 if it's a rwd setup and the rd kites may be et28-35 or thereabouts. Might end up needing 15-16 inch wheels for your brakes and I only have them in 13&14 inch. You do get them in 15&16 inch but don't come up often

markbognorNo 1 and no 2 work for me mostly. Weird that no 1 is the winner of these by a whisker. Don’t understand what the shift nuts or bolts mean or do. I have never been a big wheel buyer or changer, despite loving the idea, so learned little over time. Thanks,for.those.

Tapered washer can move on the bolt to take account of a slight mismatch in wheel/car pcd.

I just replied in your other thread, Saab 9000 wheels are 4x108 6J 15" with ETs between 25 and 40 depending on type. What do they look like though for, starters? I like the idea of taking something simple, unusual and detailing them into something different One example of 4x108 9000 alloys on my brothers 9000

Of course the question for me then arises..... Can you paint and prep them before fitting, to survive more than one season? And of course I am talking Gold here. Just buy good ones IE not made in China but Made in UK

Just buy good ones IE not made in China but Made in UK Morning Alan, and the wheel team. Does “Not made in China” make such a difference? Or is it a bias related dislike? This is not at all fighting talk, rather to understand just how bad, bad is, or if a repaint in the colour I want (probably Ford Arizona Gold) will give me all the protection I need for them to last a few seasons before a next change looms because this is bound to see constant change, and wheels are a certain way to do that.

4 x 108 - Peugeot, Citroen, Some Audi, Porsche 924, Ford, Mazda, Volvo, Saab and some other odds and sods...... However a lot of those will be incorrect et (offset) RWD Ford stuff is generally ET low numbers or even minus i think where as i recently purchased a set of Fiesta mk6 wheels to go on a Ka and they didn't fit. The FWD Fords of the 80's/90's are generally 30-40 ET. However the later Fiestas are et 52 which is huge. Peugeot/Citroen stuff is generally a lot lower in the teens or low 20's on ET. the other alternative to fit higher ET wheels is some hubcentric spacers that bolt on and then you bolt into them, or fitting some extended length studs to the hubs. I have nothing in my wheels collection any more having sold 5 sets last year There are some citroen steels available that are 4 stud and 16" and super light. Also the later Peugeot 3008 came with a 17" steel as a spare but not sure of the offset!

As steels, I like these too, as the holes are quite large it seems. 6x16" Citroen C4 Picasso spare wheels on a Capri: Offset on the fronts is a couple of mm off, but it drives OK. They could do with a deeper inset for looks too. Cost £100 for all four, unused, removed disable conversions. And painted dark metal grey.
