The default option is always going to be refund, so even if for some reason the email keeps getting eaten along the way somewhere, you'll get your refund. |

I've not sent the second round of emails yet. The worst that will happen is you'll get a refund which is our default choice (unlike some ticket agencies and travel companies I could mention (in a strongly worded letter)). |

Still no email. I don't have a spam filter on the email address I use for RR and I am getting the other RR emails perfectly fine on the same address.
