It is with a heavy heart that we are cancelling Retro Rides Gathering 2020. We held out as long as we could for clear guidance from the government for out door events, however nothing has been shared of the plans or timescales we could hope to follow.
We will return for 2021 on the 21st and 22nd August. You read that right, two days to make up for the lack of event this year. Each day will different forms and more will be revealed after September.
Full refunds will be given for all tickets purchased so far. Those that did secure tickets will be given a special sale for 2021 event in October so you won't miss out (we're aware they can be tough to secure some years).
We're really sorry we're having to cancel, we were looking forward very much to running this event and seeing all the people we've been missing for the past few months.
We are still planning to run our Weekender event in September, we're hopeful there will be more info in the two weeks that follow the 4th July opening up of hospitality in order to be able to confidently move forward with it. The August dates were just that bit too much of a gamble.
We'd like to thank everyone for their interest and enthusiasm for the Gathering, it was lining up to be an excellent year for the show, I guess we'll just have to make 2021 twice as good now.
