That looks factory! How much work did the rears take? The rear was a pain in the rear... I used the 156 frame for the backrest. Had to narrow it and reshape it around the wheeltubs. Also added threaded pieces to mount it like original. Then i shaped the foam like i wanted it to look. After that i pulled the seams out of those pieces in the leather cover. I loosely sewed the piping where i wanted it and left the rest of the sewing to a local guy. After that i had to put it together again and pull it straight. The seat base had the same treatment except i used the original frame outline with the 156 piece welded to it. All in all it took more time then i've liked. Guessing it took about a full day in total, spread over a few evenings. I'm pleased with the result, that's what counts.

Wow, you'd never know the amount of work that went in just by looking at them and I suppose that's kind of the point! Really do look like an off the shelf Alfa solution! Good job.

Those little things you change that only get noticed by the experts are very fun to do. Subtle changes like my original instrument luster with modern dials in it are my favourite parts on the car.
I'd like an oem look for everything i change but unfortunately it's not always within my competence.. sometimes i just need to make something i like to do to get motivated to tackle some other task that has been put forward.😅

I absolutely love this thing - so left field. Really looking forward to seeing the next instalments.
