So, I’ve read through this and it’s got my mind ticking (uh oh) but I had a question. The rear quarter panels are bonded in - is that bonded in place of glass, or over the top of the glass?
Did you ever figure out opening the side doors with the cage in place? The Chevy HHR van had no outside handles on the rear side doors, but had an electronic release with a couple of buttons on the dashboard. Could be something to emulate if needed

bulkhead fitted, i only had to bend two brackets to make it fit i'm surprised it fits so well i thought i would have to do a lot of cutting for it to fit i can still reach the rear door handles inside through the drivers and passenger door i have also managed to keep my normal seat position, fitting the bulkhead hasn't pushed the seats forward |

Could be something to emulate if needed rear quarter panels are bonded on top of glass using windscreen bond the bulkhead isn't full width of interior so there's a gap where i can reach the rear interior door handle through the front door i was going to fit door poppers but not really needed |
