This is next door we did for my mates dad to get him more room when he moved into the house, It was a bit of dead space at the back of my garage and his garage and it was uneven heights as we live at the bottom of a hill.
Concrete put down on a very wet day
We ran a slotted 4" pipe all the way round from the back to try and keep the ground dry
Although my garage has a 12" thick concrete floor we added some extra footing
more to follow

The top half was done in timber frame
Roof went on and made the inside seem very big and made it all feel like fun
Outer walls were skinned with T&G 18mm OSB
The neighbour in full attack mode opening up the window into a door to get into his new space

On with the roof sheets again using T&G 18mm OSB
Fibreglass finish as i like being light headed from the fumes and having a wash in acetone
The inside got a few layers of tanking slurry and then painted when dry
Now to keep his wife happy with cladding and some fake windows and we reused all the old stone to build a wall and dropped in some metal posts for a handrail to be fitted later on
