Ive posted in the for sale section but it may be removed as I have not put a price in yet, not my car.
It's a 1988 E reg Nissan Sunny 1.6 Auto SGX (I think) with 85k miles, one owner from new, garaged, good condition bar a couple of surface rust patches, not used for last 10 years as the owner is now in her 90's, but was taken for an mot for the first 5 of those 10 years and stored after passing the tests. Any idea what it may be worth, it has no ticket, and hasn't been run for a while, battery is flat but the engine does turn. Fully roadworthy going for anything between £1000 and £3000 from what I can find.

Thanks Dan, it really is tidy for its age and completely unmolested. I was back there today doing some work. I did notice a couple of small scabs on the back edge of the passenger door today but very small and a very easy repair, as are the couple of other areas I've photographed, which actually look worse in the pictures than in reality.
I think it would be let go for a lot less than £500, scrappers have been mentioned but it's far to good for that in my opinion.
Just to remind anyone that may be interested, this is a one owner car. It has been garaged from new. The interior is immaculate.with very little signs of wear. It is currently sitting on the owners drive as her son keeps his caravan in front of the garage, I needed to get in the garage to carry out some remedial works and the car was in the way. The lady that owns the car is approaching 90 years old and hasn't driven it for around 10 years, she said it brought a tear to her eye seeing it again.
If it was a manual, I would be tempted to have it for my son who turns 17 this year. One of these happens to be the same (apart from colour and trim level) as the car I learnt to drive and passed my test in.

It looks very nice, I'd have come in with a higher guesstimate but if she's thinking about scrapping it I'd get it on here pronto at £495.00 and reduce periodically until someone finds it irresistible.
