HI, not long had this, only brought it a month or two ago. It popped up on ebay at the start of the summer, but i had too much on the go and not enough space, regretted not going for it, so when it appeared for sale again at the end of the summer i just had to jump on it straight away!
It arrived a couple of days later and well.... its big !!
Its a rock solid car, never welded, came with a load of history and paperwork, has been totally bare-metaled, etch primed, and the engine bay and chassis/ underside all sprayed up to a finish.
Now winter's here and the nights are drawing in, I'm hoping to get it into my workshop soon and i can get the car painted and tidied up ready for spring, i would love to have this on the road for the summer!
I haven't got many pics yet, but will update as soon as i have cleared a pathway to get the car out of the shed its sitting in. But I'm after any advice, guidance and opinions of you guys please.
Firstly I'm un decided on the colour- i think I'm going to go for white, i feel it realy suits the car and the lines. Question is do i go for a bright white, flat white, pearl- I'm swaying more towards an ivory white at the moment...
The interior is all there; i have a brand new headlining and freshly re-upholstered seats and good door cards too. They are a swade material and a chocolate brown colour, I'm not totally sure on the colour combo- brown and white, but i don't realy want to mess with seats that have just been covered, so think i will be leaving them as they are for now.
Anyway, heres a few pics of it in my yard, the car does run and drive, and is actually real smooth and comfy to drive!
